Cultography is a play on Cosmography at some level, whereas Cultagory Theory is a play off Category Theory, a flavor of abstraction.
Cosmography was the title given to one of Buckminster Fuller’s posthumously published works. Cultography, the study of cults, is likewise POA (Plain Old Anthropology) in that “cult” is short for “subculture” and all cultures are subcultures relative to the whole (all sets are subsets of the set of all sets).
